Avoid cholesterol rich food products

Part of the cholesterol in your body comes from food. On average, only 25% of the cholesterol enters our body through food, and 75% is produced by our own body in the liver.

Specialists recommend a maximum daily intake of 200 mg cholesterol. Egg yolk, as well as organs and milk fat are best avoided as much as possible.
